The Bank policies, terms & conditions

  • All customers are required to maintain social distancing rules at all times. Please do not visit tables that are not in your party or support bubble.
  • On entry please make use of the touch free automatic hand sanitizer stand. Once seated, customers will be provided with clean sanitised menus, alternatively we have menus accessible from a QR code.
  • On entrance, you will be presented a QR code to enable you to check-in on the NHS Track and Trace App
  • We now require card details to secure bookings for Friday and Saturday reservations, and bookings of 5 diners or more.
  • In the event of a ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancellation’ your card will be charged £10 per person. This is due to a high number of no shows and late cancellations.
  • Late Cancellation will occur if your table is cancelled with less than 12 hours notice of your booked time.
  • No Show will occur if you do not attend your booking or if you are more than 20 minutes late without any notice, at that time your reservation will no longer be valid and you will lose your table.
  • We require a smart / casual dress code
  • Bottomless Brunch bookings – You will not be given a new bottle in the last 15 minutes, glasses will be topped up by waiting staff. There is a limit of 1.5 bottles per person for your group.
  • Bottomless Brunch reservations have a maximum stay of 2 hours.
  • The Private Lounge has a £100 fee (including service change) to use the room exclusively for your group/party. A la Carte menu is not available, Private Lounge menu applies for the group, excluding children.
  • For Private Hire, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking in order for your deposit to be refunded.
  • On Friday and Saturday evenings, reservations booked before 8pm are only available for 1hr 45mins, bookings at 8pm and after have no time limit until closing time.
  • We do not allow customers to bring their own food or drink. Customers with specific dietary requirements are advised to inform a member of staff before or during your visit.
  • Management refuses the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person who in opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other diners.
  • All children must remain seated for the duration of the booking and be supervised at all times.
  • Customers are able to park in the bays outside the restaurant; parking is free after 6pm Monday to Saturday, free parking on Sunday.
