  • Friday and Saturday evening reservations to be made strictly through the website.
  • No children under the age of 16 allowed on Friday and Saturday evening reservations.
  • Every Friday and Saturday 7pm and onward bookings to charge £10 per person deposit. This will be deducted from the bill on the evening.
  • In the event of a ‘No Show’ or ‘Late Cancellation’ you will lose the deposit paid. This is due to a high number of no shows and late cancellations.
  • Cancellation period to be 48 hours, tables cancelled within 48 hours will lose the deposit.
  • Late Cancellation will occur if your table is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice of your booked time.
  • Cancellation will only be accepted via the cancellation link found on your confirmation email.
  • If less diners arrive without 48 hour notice (or on the day of booking) then £10 per missing person charge will apply, this will not be deducted from the bill.
  • No Show will occur if you do not attend your booking or if you are more than 20 minutes late without any notice, at that time your reservation will no longer be valid and you will lose your table.
  • On Friday and Saturday evenings, reservations booked before 7pm are only available for 2 hours, bookings at 7pm and onwards have no time limit until closing time.
  • Friday & Saturday evening reservations will incur a 12.5% service charge. This will also apply to any reservation with a group size of 8 and above diners.
  • Tables booked after 5pm require a smart / casual dress code, no shorts, hoodies or workwear. You may refused entry.
  • Bottomless Brunch reservations have a maximum stay of 2 hours. You will not be given a new bottle in the last 15 minutes; glasses will be topped up by waiting staff. There is a limit of 1.5 bottles per person for your group.
  • We may refuse to serve your table further drinks if we see you are becoming disruptive, too loud or rude to staff.
  • The Private Lounge has a £100 fee (includes service change) to use the room exclusively for your group/party. A la Carte menu is not available, Private Lounge menu applies for the group, excluding children.
  • For Private Hire, a minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your booking in order for your deposit to be refunded.
  • We do not allow customers to bring their own food or drink. Customers with specific dietary requirements are advised to inform a member of staff before or during your visit.
  • Management refuses the right to refuse entry to any person or remove any person who in opinion is causing a nuisance or disruption to other diners.
  • All children must remain seated for the duration of the booking and be supervised at all times. We have two highchairs, we cannot guarantee highchair availability for bookings.
  • A £700 minimum spend applies to the private lounge reservation.
  • If the number of diners drops below 20 diners, the minimum spend in the private lounge is £700.
