Do I have to book a table online?
Yes. We recommend all weekend reservations to be made through our online booking system, which shows live availability. On weekends, we not be able to offer you a table for walk-ins.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes. A £10 per person deposit is required for all Friday & Saturday reservations, as well as bookings of 6 or more diners at any time. The deposit will be deducted from your final bill.
What if fewer people arrive?
If your group size changes with less than 48 hours’ notice, the £10 per person deposit will be lost for the missing guests.
What if I need to cancel?
Cancellations or changes (for any reason) must be made at least 48 hours before your booking. After this, deposits are non-refundable. All cancellations must be made using the ‘Cancel’ link in your booking confirmation email, phone or email.
What happens if I’m late?
If you are more than 20 minutes late without notice, your table may be released and your deposit forfeited.
Can I bring a cake and balloons for a birthday celebration?
Yes, you may bring your own cake and balloons. Please note we do not allow table confetti or any banners/decorations stuck to walls or furniture.
Do you cater for allergies and special dietary requirements?
Yes, please inform your waiter on arrival. However, while we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee dishes are completely free of trace allergens.
Do you cater for vegetarians and vegans?
Yes, we have a variety of vegetarian and vegan dishes. Please let your waiter know of any specific requests.
Is your food Halal?
Yes, all our dishes are Halal.
Do you have wheelchair access?
Yes, The Bank is accessible for both wheelchairs and mobility scooters.
Are children allowed?
Children are welcome at The Bank, however not permitted on Friday & Saturday evening reservations 7pm onwards. All children must remain seated and supervised.
Do you have a dress code?
Yes. A smart casual dress code applies from 5pm onwards. Shorts, hoodies, and workwear are not permitted.
Do you allow smoking or vaping?
No. Smoking and the use of e-cigarettes or vaping devices are not permitted anywhere inside the restaurant or the Private Lounge.
Do you offer Bottomless Brunch?
Yes. Our Bottomless Brunch lasts for 90 minutes, with the last sitting at 4pm. A detailed notice of Bottomless Brunch terms will be provided at your table.
Do you allow outside food or drink?
No. Outside food or drinks are not permitted, except for celebratory cakes.
