How it works

  • £3 loyalty credit for every £50 spent (e.g. £6 credit for £100 spent)

Full Terms & Conditions:

  • £3 loyalty credit is earned on every £50 table spend (e.g. £6 credit for £100 spent) Dine-in only, excludes service charge.
  • A minimum table spend of £50 is required to qualify for loyalty credit.
  • Loyalty credits are capped at £15 per day.
  • Only one reward can be issued and redeemed per table/reservation per visit.
  • Minimum wallet balance to redeem is £12 and maximum redeemable credit in one visit is up to £50 (with a minimum spend of £50).
  • Welcome offer applies to new users upon their first app download and registration only.
  • Loyalty credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and can only be redeemed against food and drink purchases at The Bank Restaurant.
  • To redeem, members must present their unique QR code in the app at the point of payment.
  • Birthday treats are available to members who joined the Loyalty Club at least two weeks before their birthday. Treats can be redeemable two weeks before or after the member’s birthday.
  • Each member may only hold one account. Duplicate, fraudulent, or tampered accounts may be cancelled and rewards removed.
  • The Bank reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or withdraw any membership or reward in cases of suspected misuse, fraud, or unauthorised use.
  • All rewards and offers are subject to change or withdrawal at any time, at the discretion of The Bank.
  • Loyalty wallet balance does not expire while the app remains active.
  • The decision of the restaurant manager is final in all matters relating to loyalty credit and reward redemption.
  • By joining and using The Bank Loyalty Club, members consent to receiving offers, rewards, and promotions via email and/or push notifications.
  • Members can opt out of marketing communications at any time through the app or by following the instructions in our emails.
