Terms & conditions

General Policies

  • A minimum of one main meal per adult must be ordered, no sharing of main meals.
  • Kids menu items are only for children under the age of 16, not for adults.
  • Outside food and drink are not permitted.
  • Guests with dietary requirements should inform staff in advance or upon arrival.
  • Any guests causing disruption or nuisance will be asked to leave the premises.
  • All children must remain seated and supervised at all times.
    (We have two highchairs, however cannot guarantee availability)
  • Management reserves the right to amend/update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Separate Terms & Conditions may apply for special events (e.g. Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, New Year’s Eve).
  • While we take every precaution, we cannot guarantee dishes are free from trace allergens.

Reservations & Deposits

  • Friday & Saturday evening reservations to be made through our website.
  • On Friday & Saturday evenings, Children under the age of 16 are not permitted on reservations after 6:30pm. There are no restrictions any other day.
  • A £10 per person deposit is required for all Friday & Saturday bookings, and for bookings of 6 or more diners on any day.
  • Deposits are deducted from your final bill.
  • New Year’s Eve menu charge applies for any diner regardless of age.

Cancellations & No Shows

  • Reservations cancelled within 48 hours of the booking time (for any reason) will be classed as a late cancellation, and deposits will be forfeited.
  • All cancellations must be made via the cancellation link provided in your booking confirmation email, by telephone or by emailing in to:
  • On Friday & Saturday reservations, if fewer guests attend without giving 48 hours’ notice, a £10 per missing person charge will apply (not deducted from your bill).
  • Failure to attend or arriving more than 20 minutes late without notice, will result in your table being released and deposit forfeited.

Dining Times

  • On Friday & Saturday evenings, reservations booked before 7:00pm are limited to 2 hours, arriving late will shorten your time at the table.
  • Reservations 7:00pm onwards may stay until closing. Last drinks orders will be taken 15 mins before closing time

Service Charge

  • A 12.5% discretionary service charge will be added to your bill.

Dress Code

  • A smart casual dress code applies. No shorts, hoodies, or workwear. Guests not meeting the dress code may be refused entry.

Bottomless Brunch

  • The bottomless period is 90 minutes.
  • No new bottles will be provided in the final 15 minutes; staff will top up glasses only.
  • Drinks are served one at a time per guest
  • If you are found to fill water glasses with prosecco, they will be removed by staff.
  • A detailed Bottomless Brunch Terms & Conditions notice will be provided to your table during the reservation.
  • We reserve the right to stop service if guests become disruptive, overly loud, or rude to staff.

Private Lounge

  • Exclusive hire of the Private Lounge incurs a £100 room hire fee, which is non-refundable and not deducted from your bill.
  • A £700 minimum spend applies.
  • If guest numbers reduce to 16 or fewer (for any reason), management reserves the right to relocate your party to the main restaurant or cancel the booking. In this case, the £100 hire fee is non-refundable.
  • The Private Lounge Menu applies to all group reservations in the lounge.
  • At least 1 week notice is required to receive a full refund of your private hire fee.
